A chuckle

My daughter made me smile today.
I was happily chattering away about some brilliant ideas my writing partner and I are coming up with for our next project, and my 18 year old daughter asked me if I'd finished with the old one yet. I said that I haven't.
With a smile, she said, "Bad Mommy. No candy for you. Finish the other one."
It was such an adorable reprimand, I just had to chuckle.
